Our blend features coffee from Uganda, Ethiopia, and Rwanda (providing vibrant acidity, fruity notes, and floral elegance) and a crucial addition of beans from Brazil (adding a smooth, rounded profile and unique depth).

We initially envisioned an all-African coffee, two months of thorough testing showed that a small addition of Brazilian beans was the crucial missing piece, bringing a harmonious complexity that truly defines this cold brew.
